AUDITORIUM OR CONVENTION CENTER

AUDITORIUM

CAPACITY:536 people
INCLUDES: (40) 5' round tables, (70) 8' long tables, 300 chairs, and up to a 5-piece stage (6' x 8')
RATE: $650 per day plus a $1,000 refundable cleaning and damage deposit. Early set up $325 per day.
** Renter must provide certificate of liability insurance and complete a fairgrounds usage permit. No Garbage service

SIZE: 6,600 sq ft (55' x 120')
CAPACITY: 450 people
INCLUDES: (40) 5' round tables, (70) 8' long tables, 300 chairs, and up to a 5-piece stage (6' x 8')

2-HOUR SKATE PARTY

INCLUDES: Up to 12 skaters with roller skates provided. Skaters can bring their own good-condition skates and use them if they are found to be acceptable upon a thorough inspection by our skate operator.Only roller skates or in-line skates are acceptable for use.

RATE: $80 for 2 hours

RATE FOR 13-25 PEOPLE: $80 plus $4 for each additional skater

RATE FOR 26-49 PEOPLE: $80 plus $2 for each additional skater

CAPACITY: 56 people

INCLUDES:

RATE: $200 per day plus a $500 refundable cleaning and damage deposit

OVERNIGHT RATE: $200 per day, plus a $500 refundable cleaning and damage deposit, plus $5 per person

AVERILL ARENA & GRANDSTAND

SIZE: Covered Grandstand seating 3500, additional arena bleachers as needed.

RATE: $1,500 per day or 20% of gross sales, whichever is greater, plus a percent of parking sales as agreed upon.

Open Riding Times: Sunday - Saturday, 8 AM to 8 PM* (except during 4-H/FFA or private events) 120 ft. x 200 ft. Pavilion Private/Public Event Rental: The Pavilion is also available to rent for group activities, organization fundraising events and community events. $1000/day, 1/2 day early set up $500 $500 refundable cleaning deposit required with all half and full-day rentals.* Call or stop by the Fair Office to purchase riding permits or reserve the Pavilion for your group event!

Rental includes: 8' Rectangle tables, Chairs as available & adjacent restrooms. No Garbage service

Rental rate: $850 per day. Early set up 1/2 day $425
