How to enter exhibits for this year's Fair

  • All exhibits must be entered online via https://tillamook.fairwire.com
  • Need help entering your exhibits into the online system? Stop by the Tillaskate skating rink August 2 - August 3: 11:30 am- 3:00 pm.
  • Online exhibit registration closes Monday, August 5th, at 11:59 pm

Land Products Exhibits will be accepted for drop-off in the Main Exhibit Hall:

August 5th: 10:00 am - 8:00 pm
August 6th: 8:00 am – 10:00 am

ENTRY RULES

1. Exhibitors must register for an account online to enter exhibits at the Fair: https://tillamook.fairwire.com.

2. Each exhibitor submitting entries to the Fair need to have a ShoWorks assigned exhibitor ID and enter their exhibits under their name.

3. Any exhibit submitted at the Tillamook County Fair must have been produced in Tillamook County.

4. Entries must be the property of the exhibitor and grown either by his/her own labor or under the direct supervision on his/her own or rented property.

5. Uniformity is important, choose items of same size and color to exhibit.

6. Herbs are judged for uniformity, maturity, table quality, or decorative use.

7. Sheaf grains and grass exhibits should consist of one sheaf each, and be tied three times, once at the head, butt and middle, and must be two inches in diameter at the middle tie. Please dry them before bundling.

8. Roots must be washed clean and trimmed to 1 inch, with the exception of beets. Do not trim beet roots. Tops must be trimmed to within 3 inches. All displays must be free from insects, pests, rot, and disease.

9. A display containing less than the amount specified will forfeit any right to premiums.

10. Only one premium awarded per entry.

11. Some items are tasted by the judge(s).

12. All agricultural and horticultural exhibits in these divisions become the property of the Fair Board as soon as they are placed for exhibition.

13. Awards will be marked 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and Best of Show, and will be made according to the merits of the exhibits. The judge shall disqualify or award 1st, 2nd, 3rd premiums at his/her discretion. The judge shall disqualify or transfer to the correct section (at his/her discretion) any exhibit which is not a true representative of the class or section in which it is entered. The judge may disqualify any exhibit not of show quality.

14. ALL EXHIBITS MUST REMAIN INTACT UNTIL 9:00PM ON AUGUST 10TH.

15. Tillamook County Fair Board will NOT be responsible for the theft or breakage of any entry.
