How to enter exhibits for this year's Fair

  • All exhibits must be entered online via https://tillamook.fairwire.com
  • Need help entering your exhibits into the online system? Stop by the Tillaskate skating rink August 2 - August 3: 11:30 am- 3:00 pm.
  • Online exhibit registration closes Monday, August 5th, at 11:59 pm

Floral Exhibits will be accepted for drop-off at Tillaskate:
August 5th: 10:00 am - 8:00 pm
August 6th: 8:00 am – 10:00 am


ENTRY RULES

1. Exhibitors must register for an account online to enter exhibits at the Fair: https://tillamook.fairwire.com.

2. Each exhibitor submitting entries to the Fair need to have a ShoWorks assigned exhibitor ID and enter their exhibits under their name.

3. Any article exhibited at the Tillamook County Fair must have been produced in Tillamook County, excluding artistic class.

4. All plants and flowers are to be arranged by the exhibitor.
5. Awards will be marked 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and Best of Show, and will be made according to the merits of the exhibits. The judge shall disqualify or award 1st, 2nd, 3rd premiums at his/her discretion. The judge shall disqualify or transfer to the correct section (at his/her discretion) any exhibit which is not a true representative of the class or section in which it is entered. The judge may disqualify any exhibit not of show quality.

6. All entries are to be place by the placing committee, under the direction of the superintendent.
7. Exhibitors using own containers in the artistic or junior classes should have names on the containers, figurines, etc. Props can only be used in Artistic Arrangements where indicated.

8. No inferior material will receive a premium. All Horticulture must have ATTACHED FOLIAGE, clear glass containers are provided. Please name your horticulture as a help to identify varieties.

9. All collections of multiple classes with more than one bloom are penalized for lack of uniformity of blooms.

10. No Horticulture may be place in unlisted or any other class if its category is already listed.

11. Any plant considered invasive in Oregon will not be accepted such as English ivy and buddleia.
